Inclination of the creative faculty

All forms of life exhibit a configuration of intelligence or connection to divine power. From the complex inner workings that give mother nature her stunning personality to the absolutely perfect engineering that characterizes all systems delicate in our bodies, there is a subtle presence or evidence of the existence of a higher power that caused everything to be the way that it is. The essence of this power is the ability to create. A timely occurrence recently forged in my mind the perspective that I am extension of this great force. Through the conceptualization of this blog and bringing it to life I have had a taste of what being a creator is. To construct something in the faculty of my imagination, manipulating time and energy and eventually bringing that construct into the world for indulgence has opened my mind to the nature and beauty of creation.

Creation is the ultimate exhibition of not only the mind's power, but of the power of God. It seems to me that this potential has been exhaled into all things created and that is why it is said in Christianity that God made men in His image. Being able to harness the power of creativity into life provides a glimpse of our connection to the prime source of everything. In more ways than one the universe reveals how everything is connected. Creation manifests itself in various aspects of life. Human inventions, reproduction of offspring, cloud formation, the evolution of a diverse array of species through time and many natural phenomena that keep the never ending cycle of life operating are all variants of this absolutely glorious and primal concept.

Through my experience with the gift of creation I have the opportunity to learn and enhance my understanding of the relationship between a creation and its creator as I grow my blog. This has made me appreciate my life in a much more significant way. To understand that a creation grows and flourishes under the care of its creator and that a creator works tirelessly towards the creation's success. It's a delicate and directly proportional relationship, perhaps somewhat like that of me and my creator. I am grateful to experience the inclination of this perspective in my life.
